NEW POOL PASS SYSTEM

To register online, go to westridge.cellbadge.com/Register
Step 1. Register your Household
Use the green section on the left side of the screen for “Initial Add Request”. Once your information is submitted, you will need to wait for management approval by email and text before progressing.
Step 2. Enter Household Members
Go back to westridge.cellbadge.com/Register and use the blue section on the right side of the screen (“Enter or Update Household Members”), enter your email address or your cell phone number and click “Request PIN”. One will be sent to you via text or email. Enter the PIN to log into the registration page where you need to enter all your household residents. Once you complete the registration you will receive another confirmation text and email from management.
Step 3. Photo
The final step is to come to the clubhouse to have your photo taken. Your pool registration will not be valid until you have a photo taken.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, photos will not be taken until it is safe to do so. Please monitor the Westridge website, www.westridgeva.org and TownSq. for updates.
GUEST PASSES
You will no longer need a physical guest card. Residents who currently have unused guest cards or unused punches on a guest card may bring the unused guest card/punches to the clubhouse and the number of unused guest visits will be credited to your online household pool account. Pool guest passes may be purchased only at the clubhouse during regular business hours. Pool guest passes do not expire and unused visits may be used in subsequent years.
Price: 10 guest visits $20.00 20 guest visits $30
If you have no pre-purchased guest visits on your online account, the price per day per guest is $5.00. This fee must be paid upon entry to the pool. There is no billing for guest fees and exact change is required.
