Pay Homeowner's Association Fees Online by Credit Card or E-Check.  To view your account balance, click on the link above.  Type “Westridge” in the white box below Owner Login then click “Go.”.  If you are a first time visitor, you will be asked to register before viewing your account.  You will need your account number in order to register.  Your account number is shown on your payment coupons or you may contact the Westridge office at 703-590-1600 to obtain your account number.  Follow the instructions for creating a password and you will now be able to log on to the Account Info site. Questions regarding your account should be referred to Legum and Norman at 703-600-6000.

Other Methods to Pay:

 

1.  Mail your quarterly payment, wiyh the payment coupon, to the address on the coupon.

2.  Direct Debit from your Checking Account.

 

If you are interested in enrolling in the direct debit program, you must first download and complete the Authorization Form for Direct Debit Payments. Mail the completed form to Legum and Norman at the address listed on the application. When you receive your authorization to have payments automatically debited from your account. These payments can only be made through bank accounts, not from credit or debit cards.
