PROPOSED POLICY CHANGES
 
The Board will hear comments on the proposed amendments and the proposed new policy at their meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. Comments may be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting via mail email to hoa@westridgeva.com, hand-delivered to the clubhouse or mailed to Board of Trustees, Westridge Swim and Racquet Club, 12764 Quarterhorse Lane, Woodbridge, VA 22192.
 
Clubhouse and Pool Private Event Rental
The Board of Trustees proposes changes to the Policy For Using Westridge Swim and Racquet Club, Inc. Recreational Facilities. Specifically, the proposed amendments concern private events at the clubhouse and pool. To view the entire policy resolution with the proposed amendments, click HERE.
 
Swim Team and Swim Team Committee Charter
The Board of Trustees proposes changes to The Charter of the Westridge Swim Team and the Westridge Swim Team Committee.  The full resolution with the proposed amendments will be ublished for comment pending further discussion at the BOT meeting on April 23, 2024.
 
Reasonable Modification and Accommodation Policy
The Board of Trustees proposes to adopt a policy to establish procedures for considering requests for modifications or accommodations to accommodate a disability. To view the proposed policy resolution, click HERE.
 

GOOSE MANAGEMENT
 
The Association employs the services of Windchazer, Inc. to control the population of geese around the pond using trained Border Collies.  For information about this service and answers to frequently asked questions, click HERE
