Effective April 1, 2010, quarterly payments will be mailed to a new lock box address. Therefore, new payment coupons for the April, July and October 2010 payments were mailed to all homeowners in March 2010. The new coupons contain a portion of your name in the account information across the bottom of the coupon and should be used for all future payments. Please destroy all old coupons.

 

 

If you use an on-line bill payer service, you will need to provide the payment service with your 16 digit account number at the top of the coupon and full lockbox address printed below the barcode as follows:

Please remember that payments are due on the first day of each quarter (January, April, July and October). Please remit your payment prior to the due date to ensure timely receipt and avoid late fees.
