WESTRIDGE TO HOLD ELECTIONS NOVEMBER 12, 2024
CALL FOR CANDIDATES
The Annual Meeting will be held virtually at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. An election will be held to fill four positions on the Board of Trustees, each for a term of two years.
Candidates are now being sought for the election. If you would like to become more involved in your community by donating your time and talent to serving on the Board of Trustees, you are encouraged to submit a Petition of Candidacy.
To run for the Board of Trustees, candidates are required to:
Nominations from the floor and write-in ballots are not permitted.
In addition to the election of members to the Board of Trustees, homeowners will also be voting for their Neighborhood Board members. Each Neighborhood Board consists of up to 7 individuals.

Community decisions can have a large impact on the quality of life in Westridge. The Board of Trustees and the Elections Committee strongly encourage all homeowners to become involved in the decision-making process by participating in this upcoming election.
PROPOSED POLICY CHANGE
The Board of Trustees proposes an amendment to Policy Resolution #14-03, Enforcement of Parking Policies as outlined below. To read the entire policy click HERE.
The Board of Trustees will hear comments on the proposed policy changes at their meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Comments may be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting via email to hoa@westridgeva.com, hand delivered to the Clubhouse or mailed to Board of Trustees, Westridge Swim and Racquet Club, 12764 Quarterhorse Ln, Woodbridge VA 22192.
